Searching for your
favorite tracks/files
Jog dial
(PUSH ENTER/
FUNCTION MEMORY)
Searching for a track on an
audio CD

Press FUNCTION repeatedly until
"CD" appears on the display when the
player is not in CD mode.

Turn the jog dial upward or downward
to select the track you want, then press
it to enter the selection.
The playback starts from the track
selected.
To cancel the track search
Turn the jog dial until "CANCEL" appears,
then press it to enter the selection.
Searching for a file on an
ATRAC CD/MP3 CD

Press FUNCTION repeatedly until
"CD" appears on the display when the
player is not in CD mode.

While play is stopped, turn the jog dial
upward or downward to select the
group you want, then press it to enter
the selection.

Turn the jog dial upward or downward
to select the file you want, then press it
to enter the selection.
The playback starts from the file
selected.
To cancel the file search

until " :" appears, then press it to enter
the selection.
2 Turn the jog dial until "CANCEL"
