Yes
IC701 is defective. Replace the MAIN Assy.

Is sound from any source not output?

Is sound output from the headphones?

Check the output from Pins 2, 3, 8, and 9 (for Ch. R)
and 10, 11, 16, and 17 (for Ch. L) of TDA7491HV
(IC302) of the POWER amplifier. (Fig. 12)

Check the signals output from Pins 2, 3, 8, and 9
(for Ch. R) and 10, 11, 16, and 17 (for Ch. L) of
TDA7491HV (IC302) of the POWER amplifier to
the SP terminals.

The SP terminals are defective.
