    Pre-Treating Pre-treat stubborn stains and highly soiled carpet in hallways and other high-traffic areas. Spray soiled area with BISSELL ® Tough Stain PreCleaner. Use a stiff-bristled brush to work formula into carpet pile. Wait 3 -5 minutes before deep cleaning.

Lie machine down to access the bottom of the machine. Unscrew the brush cover. Remove the brush end cap and remove belt from brush.
