After playing back all of your messages, press
and hold ERASE button.
The display prompts DELETE ALL?
DELETE ALL? DELETE ALL? DELETE ALL? DELETE ALL?.
Press ERASE button again to confirm, you will
hear, "All messages erased."
The machine will not delete any messages
that you haven't yet listened to.
The display automatically returns to standby
mode.
If you no longer want callers to hear the OGMs
that you have recorded, you can delete
them and revert to the pre-recorded defaults
as follows:
Make sure the machine is switched on.
If necessary, press and release the EXIT/
ON-OFF button to switch to the OGM you want
to delete.
Press the OGM/REWIND button to play the
current announcement.
While the announcement is playing, press
ERASE button.
The machine plays the pre-recorded OGM.
Calls are charged at Local Call rate.
