Upholstery
Leather: Wipe leather upholstery with
a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Exer­
cise particular care when cleaning per­
forated leather as its underside should
not become wet.
Velours: Pressure marks resulting from
dampness and heat may appear to be
stains. Such marks can be removed by
wiping with a moistened brush, ironing
with a wet cloth or by treating with a dry
shampoo. Do not sit on damp uphol­
stery. Quick drying is achieved by
applying hot a ir - fo r example, by using
a hair dryer. If in doubt, please consult
your authorized MERCEDES-BENZ
dealer.

Paintwork
Do not apply wax if your car is parked
in the sun or if the hood is still hot.
For maximum protection, the paintwork
should be waxed approximately once
every three months. Use the appropri­
ate MERCEDES-BENZ Touch-Up
Stick for quick and provisional repairs
of minor paint damage.
Light Alloy Wheels
If possible, clean wheels once a week
with lukewarm water and autosham­
poo. Use an ample supply of water.
To remove stubborn marks, use polish
or paint cleaner and apply with buffino
cloth or a soft cloth.
Ornamental Moldings
For regular cleaning and care of very
dirty chrome-plated parts, use a
chrome cleaner.
