6. Trouble Shooting Guide
6.1 "U--" Error indication
＊ If there is an operation error, or if there is a problem with the washing machine, such as
faulty draining, spinning etc.; operation will stop, the warning buzzer will sound, and an error
indication will be displayed.

Check Point
Check if abnormalities listed below are seen in
the external water hose.
* Is something wrong with the drain hose?
* Is it clogging with lint ?
* Is the hose crushed ?
* Is the tip soaked in water ?
* Is the extension hose longer than 2 meter ?
* Is the lid is open ?
* Check the condition of contact point of the lid
switch.
* Is the washing machine in an unsteady
position, or is on an inclined floor surface ?
* Is the adjustable knob loose ?
* Is the laundry unevenly distributed in the tub ?
* It is alarmed increase it is takes over 50 min. to
reach selected water level.
* Check if you have forgotten to connect the
water hose and to turn on the faucet.
* The water supply cut off?
* Check if the water supply and the water supply
hose are frozen.
* Check if the connection of the water supply
hose on feed valve is clogged with dirt.
* Check if the Feed Valve is abnormal, by
measuring the resistance value.
Normal resistance value : 1.22 kΩ ± 8%
* Check remaining water in the tub.
* If no remaining water in the tub,
‐‐>Child lock function has operated.
Restart by opening and close of the lid.
Close the lid
Open the lid and redistribute the load.
Opening and closing the lid to return to
initial stage of water supply.
1. Remove the power cord plug and close
2. After 5 second re‐plug in and press

Method to Clear
the lid.
"POWER" switch to "ON" position.
