Disassembly Instructions 7.1 Warning Before attempting to services or adjust any part of the machine, disconnect the electrical  power supply from the outlet. 7.1 Caution Electronic components of the print circuit board is MOSFET TYPE. When replace and  trouble shooting the print circuit board, make sure body is grounded before beginning the  repair work. But, in case can not ground, touch to the plug and earth wire, and remove the  potential difference between the set and body of the worker completely. 7.3 The DISPLAY PCB, POWER PCB replacement 1. Remove the 2 screws mounting the PANEL A, then remove the PANEL A. 2. Remove 2 screws mounting control panel, open lid, then pull out the panel. • POWER PCB replacement a. Remove 2 screws mounting FIRE PROVE COVER. b. Remove all connectors, remove POWER PCB with PCB case.  • DISPLAY PCB replacement a.   • Page 17 7. Disassembly Instructions 7.6 The MECHANISM U replacement 1. Remove 4 screws mounting the BODY B, then raise the BODY B. (Before raising BODY B, there is a hook need to be unlock) 2. Remove 5 screws mounting the OUTER TUB COVER. 3. Loosen the special screw mounting the PULSATOR. • Do not remove the special screw from PULSATOR  completely, then hold the screw head to pull the  PULSATOR upward to remove.  4. Remove the SHAFT BUSHING、D SHAFT FLANGE  NUT and D FLANGE WASHER B, then pull the TUB  AU upward to remove. 5. Close BODY B and turn the machine upside down.   • Page 18 7. Disassembly Instructions 7.7 The MOTOR replacement 1. Lay down the washing machine on it front side. 2. Remove lead wire connectors and rotation sensor connector from the MOTOR. 3. Loosen four bolts (M13) mounting the motor, and remove V‐belt. 4. Remove four bolt mounting the MOTOR, and remove the motor. Note: After replace the motor, adjust tension of the V‐belt properly.  And then, set micro‐processor to initial mode of V‐belt tension by operating  Test‐No water / Check procedure‐E.
