LEDs with a firmware update
After activating a new firmware file, the following LEDs are lit briefly when the RTU restarts:
● Red: STATUS
● Green: DC IN, BAT, SIM, VPN
Updating the RTU3030C firmware version 2 to firmware version 3
When updating the RTU3030C firmware version 2.0 to firmware version 3.0, the firmware
version for the mobile wireless module is also updated. For more information on this, see
section Firmware (Page 124). During the update, the following LEDs light up and the RTU
must not be switched off:
● Red: STATUS
● Green: DC IN, BAT, SIM, VPN
