Demo mode (for exhibitors only)
This mode allows the appliance to
deactivate all heating elements,
while keeping the control panel
active.
To activate the demo mode:
1. Ensure that the device was disconnected
from the electrical mains at least 10-15
seconds before.
2. Connect the device to the electrical
mains.
3. Within two minutes, simultaneously press
the control lock button
button for a few seconds, until a
buzzer sounds.
4. Simultaneously place one finger on the
slider on the left and one finger on the
slider on the right with respect to the
cooking zones closer to the general
control zone.
