Troubleshooting

The Remote Control goes to standby mode automatically
This is the time out feature of the Remote Control to save power. To adjust the time that the
Remote Control stays active, go to the Service Menu. See the warning on the next page on
how to do this.
The battery is not charging
When the battery is low and the Charging LED does not light up, make sure that:
• The adapter of the docking station is plugged into the wall outlet.
• The Remote Control is placed properly in the docking station.
• The contacts in the docking station are clean and free of obstructions.
If you notice that the battery is deteriorating, contact your installer for a replacement battery.
