Getting to Know Your Pronto Remote Control The TSU9200 Remote Control has been designed and manufactured with great care to offer you a reliable and easy operation of your home theater system. It has been prepro grammed by your installer so that you can immediately start enjoying your home theater. The TSU9200 ergonomic button layout provides access to the most used functions to operate your equipment. On the bright LCD display you can easily select your activities and choose your favorite channels by using channel icons. Optionally you might have chosen for the PCX9200, an interactive PC control which allows you to select the audio content on your PC via the TSU9200 display. Installing the Docking Station Turn the docking station upside-down. Plug in the wire as shown. Press and twist the wire into place. Plug the adapter of the docking station into the wall outlet. Charging the Remote Control When the Battery level icon on your screen turns red and starts blinking, it is time to charge the Remote Control. In normal conditions, the Remote Control can be operated for several weeks. When you place the Remote Control in the docking station, the red Charging LED on the front of the docking station lights up. D Note If the docking station does not light up, the Remote Control is not placed correctly in the docking station and it will not charge. When the Charging LED fades out, the Remote Control is fully charged. This can take 3 to 4 hours. E Tip It is advised to place the Remote Control in the docking station after use so that you can always locate it easily. To make a selection: Turn the rotary wheel clockwise to scroll down and counterclockwise to scroll up. Press to execute the selection. Selecting Activities Your installer has programmed your TSU9200 with activities, based on the equipment you own. An activity is a sequence of commands that your installer has programmed for you. For example, to watch a DVD, you would normally have to: 1. Turn on the TV; 2. Turn on the DVD; 3. Turn on the surround sound system; 4. Select the right input on your TV and surround sound system; 5. Press the Play button to start the DVD. Not so with the TSU9200! Your installer has programmed your TSU9200 to automatically activate your TV, DVD and surround system when you select Watch DVD. So by selecting an activity, it executes all these steps with just one press! The Remote Control’s hard buttons are set to control the active devices: the transport keys (play, fast forward, stop...) operate your DVD; the volume keys operate your surround system, and so on. To select your activities: Press The list of activities appears. List of activities Select an activity with the rotary wheel. The buttons of the remote control are automatically set to operate the device that is lin- ked to the activity. Press to start the activity. The TSU9200 sends out a sequence of commands for the selected activity. Changing Channels by making use of Favorites Your installer has programmed favorites for your activities: favorite TV channels, favorite radio channels and so on. Thanks to the bright color display you can easily recognize and select your favorites by their logos, so you do not need to enter the channel numbers anymore. To select your favorites for the current selected activity: Press The list of favorites appears. List of favorites Select a favorite with the rotary wheel. Press to confirm your choice. -

Accessing Extra Functions for the Selected Activity In addition to the keys on the TSU9200, your devices may have extra functions like Ambilight and Picture in Picture (PiP). Your installer has already programmed these extra functions for you. D Note Ambilight, short for Ambient Lighting Technology, is a feature that generates light effects around the TV that correspond to the video content. Picture in Picture is a feature that displays one channel on the full TV screen while displaying one or more other channels in inset windows. Sound is from the main usually channel only. To select more functions: Press The list of functions appears. List of functions Select a function with the rotary wheel. Press to confirm your choice. The TSU9200 sends out a command for the selected function. Browsing Your Music on Your PC If you have the PCX9200 accessory installed, you can also use the TSU9200 to browse your music on your PC. The remote control connects to the media player on your PC and then enables you to control your music with your remote control. - Page 10 List of Media files To navigate through long lists: Use the alphanumeric keys to use the fast search feature: Enter one or more initial characters of the media content you want to select. The list is filtered, which means that only the listed items, of which the initial characters match the entered text will be displayed. To clear the text, press D Note Enter the characters by pressing the alphanumeric keys the way you write text messages on your mobile phone. Press once to display the first character on the key, press twice or three times to display the second or third character. For example, to enter a B, press twice. Filtering long lists Turn the rotary wheel fast. Depending on how fast your turn, the selection jumps one, two, four or more pages. A vertical scroll bar will indicate the scrolling position in relation to the total list of items. Slow down to scroll through individual items. Changing the Pronto Settings Your installer has fully programmed your Remote Control. To change the Pronto Settings, contact your installer. Support Maintaining the Remote Control Protect the Remote Control from temperature extremes Keep the Remote Control away from heaters and other heat sources. The Remote Control is not waterproof The Remote Control should not be exposed to rain or moisture. Do not store or use the Remote Control in any location that is extremely damp or wet. When you have spilled water on the Remote Control, remove the battery and place the Remote Control in a clean environment to dry. Let it dry for 48 hours before reinserting the battery. Cleaning the Remote Control • Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the Remote Control. • If the screen is dirty, clean it with a soft cloth moistened with a diluted window-cleaning solution. • Do not use a corrosive detergent or an abrasive sponge. • Avoid the use of abundant water. - Page 12 My A/V equipment does not respond to commands from the Remote Control • Check the status of the battery on the screen. If the Battery level icon is red, recharge the Remote Control as described in Charging the Remote Control on page 5. • Contact your installer. Introducción al mando a distancia Pronto El mando a distancia TSU9200 se ha diseñado y fabricado con el máximo cuidado para que pueda disfrutar de un funcionamiento sencillo y fiable de su sistema de cine en casa. Ha sido preprogramado por parte de su instalador para que pueda empezar a aprovechar su sistema de cine en casa sin esperas. La distribución ergonómica de los botones del mando TSU9200 le permite acceder a las funciones más usadas durante el funcionamiento de sus equipos. En la brillante pantalla LCD puede seleccionar sus actividades con facilidad y seleccionar sus canales favoritos gracias a los iconos de los canales. Quizá haya adquirido el accesorio opcional PCX9200, un mando interactivo para el PC que le permite seleccionar el contenido de audio disponible en su PC mediante la pantalla del mando TSU9200. De este modo podrá controlar su reproductor de medios sin tener que encender la pantalla del PC. -

Instalación de la estación base Gire la estación base al revés. Conecte el cable tal y como se muestra. Pulse y doble el cable para colocarlo en su sitio. Enchufe el adaptador de la estación base en un enchufe de pared. Carga del mando a distancia Cuando el icono de nivel de la batería de la pantalla se vuelve rojo y empieza a parpadear, ha llegado el momento de cargar el mando a distancia. En circunstancias normales, el mando a distancia puede utilizarse durante varias semanas. Cuando coloque el mando a distancia en la estación base, el LED de carga rojo situado en la parte frontal de la estación base se encenderá. D Nota Si el LED de la estación base no se enciende, el mando a distancia no está bien colocado en la misma y no se cargará. Cuando el LED de carga se apague, el mando a distancia estará completamente cargado. La carga puede tardar entre 3 y 4 horas. E Consejo Se recomienda colocar el mando a distancia en la estación base después de su uso para que, de este modo, siempre pueda encontrarlo fácilmente. Control de sus actividades y favoritos: El instalador ya ha programado sus actividades, sus favoritos y, de forma opcional, sus medios. -

Cómo realizar una selección: Gire el control giratorio en el sentido de las agujas del reloj para desplazarse hacia abajo y en sentido contrario al de las agujas del reloj para desplazarse hacia arriba. Pulse para ejecutar la selección. Selección de actividades El instalador ha programado el mando TSU9200 con actividades, en función de los equipos que posea. Una actividad es una secuencia de comandos que el instalador ha programado. Por ejemplo, para ver un DVD, normalmente tendría que: 1. Encender el televisor 2. Encender el DVD 3. Encender el sistema de sonido Surround 4. Seleccionar la entrada correcta en el televisor y en el sistema de sonido Surround 5. Pulsar el botón de reproducción para iniciar el DVD Todo esto ha pasado a la historia con el mando TSU9200. El instalador ha programado el mando TSU9200 para que automáticamente active el televisor, el DVD y el sistema Surround cuando seleccione Watch DVD. Selección de actividades: Pulse Aparece la lista de actividades. Lista de actividades Seleccione una actividad con el control giratorio. Los botones del mando a distancia se configuran automáticamente para controlar el dispo- sitivo que esté vinculado a la actividad. Pulse para iniciar la actividad. El mando TSU9200 envía una secuencia de comandos para la actividad seleccionada. Cambio de canales mediante los favoritos El instalador ha programado favoritos para sus actividades: canales de televisión favoritos, emisoras de radio favoritas, etc. Gracias a la brillante pantalla en color puede reconocer y seleccionar sus favoritos con toda facilidad por medio de sus logotipos, así que se acabó tener que pulsar el número de los canales. Selección de favoritos para la actividad seleccionada actualmente: Pulse Aparece la lista de favoritos. Lista de favoritos Seleccione un favorito con el control giratorio. Pulse para confirmar su elección. El mando TSU9200 envía los comandos necesarios para cambiar al canal seleccionado. -

Acceso a funciones adicionales para la actividad seleccionada Además de los botones del mando TSU9200, es posible que sus dispositivos cuenten con funciones adicionales como Ambilight y Picture in Picture (PiP). El instalador ya ha programado estas funciones adicionales. D Nota Ambilight es la abreviación de tecnología de iluminación ambiental (del inglés Ambient Lighting Technology) y es una función que genera efectos luminosos alrededor del televisor que se corresponden con el contenido de vídeo. Picture in Picture es una función que muestra un canal en la pantalla completa del televisor y que, al mismo tiempo, muestro uno o más canales distintos en ventanas superpuestas. El sonido suele ser únicamente el del canal principal. Selección de más funciones: Pulse Aparece la lista de funciones. Lista de funciones Seleccione una función con el control giratorio. Pulse para confirmar su elección. El mando TSU9200 envía un comando para la función seleccionada. Navegación por la música almacenada en su PC Si ha instalado el accesorio PCX9200, también podrá utilizar el mando TSU9200 para navegar por la música que tenga almacenada en su PC. El mando a distancia se conecta al reproductor de medios de su PC y le permite controlar la música con el mando a distancia. - Page 21 Pulse para volver o manténgalo pulsado durante 3 segundos para volver al menú principal. Lista de archivos de medios Navegación por listas largas: Utilice los botones alfanuméricos para utilizar la función de búsqueda rápida: escriba uno o más de los caracteres iniciales del contenido de medios que desee seleccionar. La lista se filtra, lo que significa que sólo se mostrarán los elementos cuyos caracteres iniciales coincidan con el texto introducido. Para borrar el texto, pulse D Nota Para introducir los caracteres pulse los botones alfanuméricos del mismo modo que escribe mensajes de texto con el teléfono móvil. Pulse una vez para que se muestre el primer carácter del botón, pulse dos veces para que aparezca el segundo, y tres para que se muestre el tercero. Por ejemplo, para introducir una B, pulse dos veces. Filtrado de listas largas Gire el control giratorio rápidamente. En función de la velocidad del giro, la selección salta una, dos, cuatro o más páginas. Una barra de desplazamiento vertical indica la posición de desplazamiento en relación con la lista total de elementos. Reduzca la velocidad para desplazarse por los elementos individuales. Cambio de la configuración del mando a distancia Pronto El instalador ha programado todas las funciones del mando a distancia. Si desea cambiar la configuración del mando Pronto, póngase en contacto con el instalador. Asistencia Mantenimiento del mando a distancia Proteja el mando a distancia de las temperaturas extremas Mantenga el mando a distancia alejado de radiadores y otras fuentes de calor. El mando a distancia no es resistente al agua El mando a distancia no debe exponerse ni a la lluvia ni a la humedad. No guarde ni utilice el mando a distancia en un sitio muy húmero o mojado. Si vierte agua encima del mando a distancia, quite la batería y coloque el mando a distancia en un entorno limpio para que se seque. Deje que se seque durante 48 horas antes de volver a colocar la batería. - Page 23 Mis equipos A/V no responden a los comandos del mando a distancia • Compruebe el estado de la batería en la pantalla. Si el icono de nivel de la batería está rojo, recargue el mando a distancia tal y como se describe en el apartado Carga del mando a distancia en la página 16. • Póngase en contacto con el instalador. Puede indicarle que compruebe que sus equipos se encuentren dentro del alcance de funcionamiento del mando. Puede comprobar si es así en el menú Service. Présentation de la télécommande Pronto La télécommande TSU9200 a été conçue et fabriquée avec le plus grand soin pour permettre une utilisation fiable et confortable de votre système Home Cinéma. Elle a été préprogrammée par l’installateur de manière à ce que vous puissiez profiter de votre Home Cinéma sans attendre. La disposition ergonomique des touches de la TSU9200 facilite l’accès aux fonctions les plus utilisées de votre équipement. Vous pouvez sélectionner vos activités et choisir vos chaînes favorites directement par leurs icônes sur le lumineux afficheur LCD. Vous pouvez aussi avoir opté pour la PCX9200, une commande PC interactive en option qui permet de sélectionner le contenu audio de votre PC via l’afficheur de la TSU9200. Installation de la station d’accueil Retournez la station d’accueil. Insérez la fiche comme illustré ci-dessous. Enfoncez le fil dans la fente en le tordant. Branchez l’adaptateur de la station d’accueil sur la prise murale. Charge de la télécommande Lorsque l’icône de niveau de batterie vire au rouge sur l’afficheur et commence à clignoter, le moment est venu de recharger la télécommande. Celle-ci a une autonomie suffisante pour plusieurs semaines de fonctionnement en conditions normales. Lorsque vous placez la télécommande sur la station d’accueil, le voyant de charge s’allume à l’avant de la station d’accueil. D Remarque Si la station d’accueil ne s’allume pas, la télécommande n’est pas placée convenablement sur la station d’accueil. Elle ne pourra pas se charger. La télécommande est entièrement chargée lorsque le voyant de charge s’éteint. Une charge peut prendre 3 ou 4 heures. E Astuce Déposez systématiquement la télécommande sur sa station d’accueil après emploi. Vous saurez ainsi toujours où elle se trouve. Utilisation de la télécommande Pronto Commande du Home Cinéma : les rudiments Pour activer l’afficheur de la télécommande : Prenez la télécommande en main. Tournez la molette. Appuyez sur l’une des touches de navigation argentées L’afficheur s’active automatiquement. Pour commander vos activités et vos favoris : Votre installateur a déjà programmé vos activités, vos favoris et, éventuellement, votre lecteur média. Ceux-ci peuvent tous être commandés à l’aide des touches de navigation : Appuyez sur la touche de votre choix pour commencer à utiliser la TSU9200. -

Pour effectuer une sélection : Tournez la molette dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre pour défiler vers le bas ou dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d’une montre pour défiler vers le haut. Appuyez sur pour exécuter la sélection. Sélection d’activités Votre installateur a programmé les activités dans la TSU9200 en fonction de l’équipement que vous possédez. Une activité est une suite de commandes que l’installateur a programmées pour vous. Par exemple, pour regarder un DVD, vous devriez normalement procéder comme suit : 1. allumer le téléviseur ; 2. allumer le lecteur de DVD ; 3. allumer le système de son Surround ; 4. sélectionner la bonne entrée sur le téléviseur et le système de son Surround ; 5. appuyer sur le bouton Play du lecteur pour lancer le DVD. Avec la TSU9200, rien de tout cela ! Votre installateur a programmé la TSU9200 pour activer automatiquement le téléviseur, le lecteur DVD et le système Surround lorsque vous sélectionnez Watch DVD. Pour sélectionner vos activités : Appuyez sur La liste des activités apparaît. Liste des activités Sélectionnez une activité à l’aide de la molette. Les touches de la télécommande commandent automatiquement l’appareil concerné par l’activité. Appuyez sur pour lancer l’activité. La TSU9200 envoie la suite de commandes qui constitue l’activité sélectionnée. Changement de chaîne à l’aide des favoris Votre installateur a programmé des favoris pour vos activités : chaînes TV favorites, stations radio favorites, etc. Grâce à l’afficheur couleur lumineux, vous pouvez facilement reconnaître vos favoris à leur logo et les sélectionner directement sans devoir entrer les numéros de chaîne ou de station. Accès à des fonctions supplémentaires pour l’activité sélectionnée Outre celles qui sont commandées par les touches de la TSU9200, vos appareils peuvent proposer diverses fonctions supplémentaires, dont Ambilight ou PiP (Picture in Picture, incrustation d’images). Votre installateur les a déjà programmées pour vous. D Remarque Ambilight, condensé de « Ambient Lighting Technology », est une fonction qui génère tout autour du téléviseur des effets lumineux correspondant au contenu vidéo. PiP affiche une chaîne en plein écran sur le téléviseur et une ou plusieurs autres dans de petites fenêtres incrustées. Le son est généralement celui de la chaîne principale. Pour sélectionner davantage de fonctions : Appuyez sur La liste des fonctions apparaît. Liste des fonctions Sélectionnez une fonction à l’aide de la molette. Appuyez sur pour confirmer votre choix. La TSU9200 envoie une commande correspondant à la fonction sélectionnée. Navigation dans les fichiers musicaux du PC Si l’accessoire PCX9200 est installé, vous pouvez également vous servir de la TSU9200 pour parcourir les fichiers musicaux de votre PC. La télécommande entre en liaison avec le lecteur média du PC et vous permet de prendre le contrôle des fonctions musicales. - Page 32 Liste des fichiers médias Pour naviguer dans de longues listes : Servez-vous des touches alphanumériques pour effectuer une recherche rapide : introduisez le ou les premiers caractères du contenu média que vous voulez sélectionner. La liste est filtrée. Seuls les éléments dont les premiers caractères correspondent au texte entré apparaissent. Pour effacer le texte, appuyez sur D Remarque Pour saisir un caractère, appuyez le nombre de fois nécessaire sur sa touche alphanumérique, comme vous le feriez avec un téléphone portable. Appuyez une fois pour afficher le premier caractère de la touche ; deux fois pour le deuxième ; trois fois pour le troisième. Par exemple, pour saisir un B, appuyez sur deux fois. Filtrage des longues listes Tournez rapidement la molette. D’après la vitesse de rotation, la sélection défile par une, deux, quatre pages ou davantage. Une barre de défilement verticale indique la position actuelle par rapport à la liste totale des entrées. Ralentissez pour faire défiler la liste entrée par entrée. Changement des paramètres de la Pronto Votre installateur a entièrement programmé la télécommande. Si vous souhaitez changer les paramètres de la Pronto, veuillez vous adresser à lui. Assistance Entretien de la télécommande Protégez la télécommande contre les températures extrêmes. Gardez la télécommande à bonne distance de chauffages et d’autres sources de chaleur. La télécommande n’est pas étanche. La télécommande ne doit pas être exposée à la pluie ou à l’humidité. Ne laissez et n’utilisez pas la télécommande en un endroit particulièrement humide ou mouillé. Si la télécommande a été éclaboussée, ôtez la batterie et laissez sécher la télécommande dans un endroit propre. Laissez-la sécher 48 heures avant de remettre la batterie en place. Nettoyage de la télécommande • Nettoyez la télécommande à l’aide d’un chiffon doux légèrement humide. • Si l’afficheur est sale, frottez-le avec un chiffon doux humecté d’une solution diluée de produit d’entretien pour fenêtres. • N’employez pas de détergent corrosif ou une éponge abrasive. • Ne la lavez pas à grande eau. - Page 34 Mon installation audiovisuelle ne réagit pas à la télécommande. • Vérifiez l’état de la batterie sur l’afficheur.
