The phone cannot be detected by other users via Bluetooth

computer, when using the USB cable that came with the phone

The software that came with your phone has not been properly installed on the computer.
Solution: Go to www.Vodafone.com/support, choose your phone model, then choose
"Product information" - "Getting started". The guide "Synchronizing the phone with
a computer" contains installation instructions and a troubleshooting guide, that may
assist you in solving the problem.
