E-mail
Using the E-mail menu, you can:
• Read and send your e-mail messages.
• Configure the e-mail settings.
Read
You can access the e-mail server and read e-mail
messages.
Write
You can access the e-mail server and read e-mail
messages.
Creating and Sending a New E-mail Message
To create and send an e-mail message:
1. On the E-mail screen, press
highlighted.
2. Select how to enter the destination address. You
can select from Manual, By Group and By Name.
3. Enter or search a destination address and press
.
4. When the destination appears on the display, press
to select the following options:
Edit: allows you to edit the address.

Delete: allows you to delete the address.
Manual Input: allows you to manually enter a
new destination address using the keypad.
By Group: allows you to search a destination
address by the group name.
By Name: allows you to search a destination
address by a person's name.
5. Select an option and enter destination addresses.
You can enter up to 20 addresses.
6. Enter the e-mail title and press
information about entering text, see page xx.
7. Select New from the E-mail pop-up window and
enter a new message.
To use the stored message, select Recall Msg or
Recall Memo. When the list of the stored
messages or memos, select one of them and press
. If neccessary, you can edit the selected
message.
8. When you finish entering message, press
9. When the display asks if you want to store the
message for future use, select an option. Selecting
Memo or Message Box allows you to save the
message in Memo Pad or Message Box. Selecting
Not Save allows you to not save it.
