13 . CUTTING WIDTH ADJUSTMENT

a) Cut 1 layar cotton fabric
and make a cutting width 3.5
between the eye of needle hole and the
edge of the fabric.

b) Cutting width adjustment (current system*)
Loosen fixing screws of knife holder,
and knife driving shaft.
Turn knife driving shaft crockwise or
counter-clockwise.
Make sure cutting width.
c) Rotate the stitch width dial to min. 3.0/5.5mm,
distance between lower knife and needle plate
is more than 0.5mm.
