Check if X401 oscillate waveforms are normal

Press power key and look if the
picture is normal

Please reinsert and make sure the
AC of 100-240 is normal

Measure U702 Pin2=3.3V
Measure U704 Pin2=1.2V
OK
NG
OK
Check U401
NG
Reinsert or check the
power section
NG
Check power board
NG
Replace U702 and U704
Replace X401
