    VOERTUIGGARANTIES - CALIFORNIË VOERTUIGGARANTIES GARANTIEVERKLARING VAN CALIFORNIË BETREFFENDE CONTROLE OP UITLAATGASSEN UW GARANTIERECHTEN EN -PLICHTEN: De California Air Resources Board en E-Z-GO willen u graag de garantie op het controlesysteem op uitlaatgassen (evaporative emission control system, EECS) van uw voertuig uit 2010 uitleggen. In Californië moeten nieuwe voertuigen zodanig worden ontworpen, gebouwd en uitgerust dat ze kunnen voldoen aan de strenge anti-smogstandaards van de staat.

Indien het onderdeel defect raakt voor de eerste ingeroosterde vervanging wordt het onderdeel gerepareerd of vervangen door ABC, Inc. volgens subsectie (4) hieronder.
