4.8 Protections

2.7.1
Response to 4mA reference fault
0 = No response
1 = Warning
2 = Fault, stop mode after fault according to parameter 2.1.9
3 = Fault, stop mode after fault always by coasting
A warning or a fault action and message is generated if the 4...20 mA reference signal
is used and the signal falls below 3.5 mA for 5 seconds or below 0.5 mA for 0.5 seconds. The
information can also be programmed into relay outputs.
2.7.2
Response to external fault
0 = No response
1 = Warning
2 = Fault, stop mode after fault according to parameter 2.1.9
3 = Fault, stop mode after fault always by coasting
A warning or a fault action and message is generated from the external fault signal
in the programmable digital inputs. The information can also be programmed into relay outputs.
2.7.3
Response to undervoltage fault
1 = Warning
2 = Fault, stop mode after fault according to parameter 2.1.9
3 = Fault, stop mode after fault always by coasting
For the undervoltage limits see NXL HVAC & Compact User Manual, Table 4-3.
Note: This protection can not be inactivated.
2.7.4
Output phase supervision
0 = No response
1 = Warning
2 = Fault, stop mode after fault according to parameter 2.1.9
3 = Fault, stop mode after fault always by coasting
Output phase supervision of the motor ensures that the motor phases have an approximately
equal current.
