• Follow the procedure below.
(1) Check if the Ethernet module, the power supply module, and the
CPU module are properly connected.
(2) Check if the operating environment of the Ethernet module
conforms to the general specifications of the CPU module.
(3) Check if the power capacity is sufficient.
(4) Check if the hardware is normal according to the manual for each
module.
If the actions above do not solve the problem, please consult your
local Mitsubishi representative.
• Perform the open process.
• Check the operation of the connected device.
• Check if a send request is being repeatedly issued.
• Increase the send interval.
• Follow the procedure below.
(1) Check if the Ethernet module, the power supply module, and the
CPU module are properly connected.
