insulation resistance
test to prevent

customer from being exposed
to
a shock hazard
.

Unplug th

power cord and short th

prongs of

plug with a jumper wire
.

Turn on th

power switch
.

.
Measure
th

resistance value with ohmmeter between

jumper AC plug and each exposed metal cabinet
part
,
such
as screw
heads
,
control shafts
,
handle brackets , etc
.
Equipment with antenna terminals should read between 3 M

and 5.2
