Attach all three deck drivelines to the splitter box with
the yokes timed. See "U-Joint Timing" on page 28.
Never fold mower decks with power take-off engaged.
Lubricate every 25 hours.
Reposition drawbar.
Raise or remove 3-point arms.
Shorten driveline profiles.
Avoid hitting solid objects.
Lubricate every 50 hours.
Do not make a turn that will cause driveline angle to
o
exceed 80
off centerline of tractor.

Refer to "Driveline Angle" on page 29.
Raise cutting height. Change to low lift blades.
Raise cutting height.

Replace bent drivelines.
Replace blade.
Disassemble and inspect for incorrectly located needles
or damaged bearing cap.
Remove belt guard shield and clean debris from belt
area and sheaves.
Replace sheaves or align.
Replace drive belt - check for belt contacting deck
component.
Remove belt guard shields & clean debris from belt
area & sheaves.
Unplug and clean mower deck.
Remove belt guard shields and clean sheaves.
Tighten spring take-up bolt.
Replace belt.
