If a breakdown assistance call has been made to
the Mercedes-Benz Customer Centre with the
multimedia system or the F breakdown
assistance call button in the overhead control
panel:
a qualified Mercedes-Benz technician will per-

form repairs on-site and/or tow the vehicle to
the nearest Mercedes-Benz Service Centre
These services may require payment.
Data will be transferred during the connection
with the Mercedes-Benz Customer Centre.

A connection can be established by:
entering a web address

the connections window.

If a phone call is made at the same time as the
Internet connection is active, the ¡ symbol is
displayed in status bar :. The Internet connec-
tion remains active depending on the mobile
phone and mobile phone network used.
