Flame Height Adjustment - Capital PRECISION Series Use And Care Manual

GRILL BURNER FLAME HEIGHT:
1. To access the grill burner air shutters, first remove the grill racks and radiant trays.
2. Lift the burner out as described in the section BURNER CLEANING.
3. With a screw driver, loosen the set-screw on the air shutter.
4. Light the burner and adjust according to the directions below.
5. Access for the side burner air shutters is through the top after removing the top burner grate and aeration
pan assembly (see Fig 7).
