This is normal and not
dangerous because all
electronics are enclosed
in a sealed power unit
inside the appliance.
Solution
Do not use the appliance
on dry, chapped skin, open
wounds, healing wounds,
skin recovering from
surgery or if you suffer
from a skin disease or skin
irritation, such as severe
acne, sunburn, skin
infection, skin cancer,
inflammation, eczema,
psoriasis etc. Do not use
the appliance if you are
taking steroid-based
medication.
