    SERENE HB80 Installation Safety First Always observe safety precautions when using any electrical appliance. Read these instructions carefully and retain them for future reference. When the appliance is used by or near young children or infirm persons,  close supervision is necessary, especially to ensure children do not play with it.

    SERENE HB80 Unpacking Remove all packing material from the inside and outside of the cabinet, including the foam base and all adhesive tape holding the cabinet accessories. Shelves The cabinet is supplied with two shelves. Remove the packing material and then position the shelves into the cabinet at the desired heights.

    SERENE HB80 Operation Cabinet Operation If the cabinet has been disconnected from the power supply for any reason, allow about 10 minutes before switching it back on. This allows the refrigeration system pressure to equalise before the system is restarted.
  • Page 7: Temperature Adjustment

    SERENE HB80 Temperature Adjustment The storage temperature of the cabinet is regulated by a thermostat located at the back of the cabinet interior. The thermostat temperature setting is preset at the factory and should not require adjustment. The thermostat knob is graduated from 0 through to 6, with 1 being the warmest and 6 being the coldest.

    SERENE HB80 Maintenance Cleaning To ensure the chiller continues to run efficiently and reliably, the following routine maintenance should be carried out: Cleaning Cabinet Keep the interior and exterior of the cabinet clean by regular wiping with a damp cloth, taking care to keep moisture away from electrical parts.

    SERENE HB80 Condenser The condenser coil is located at the back of the cabinet and should be Coil brushed regularly to remove any dust build up. Disconnect the cabinet from the power supply before cleaning the condenser coil. To prevent damage to the coil coating, use a soft brush when cleaning.
