Personal identification number (PIN)
Your service provider may require a Personal/ Identification Number (PIN) when placing calls.
If so, you will probably want to activate this feature, which allows you to send your PIN code
with one touch of a button.
Note: Program this feature once only.
1.
Press [2], [5], [3], [9], then [FCN], [FCN]
You will see your active phone number.

Enter your new PIN code (a 6–26 digit number) supplied by your Service Provider. Press
[STO], [STO]. (Press [CLR] if you wish to correct an error.)

Press [MENU] to activate the PIN code, if the code was entered properly or if you have to
enter you PIN code again.
You will see: A key active, A key inactive

Exit menu
Press [END] to exit the menu, or you may scroll to other features.
Tip:
If the phone number displayed is not the number you want to use as your PIN code,
press [#? ] to select another number. This will be the phone number in use after you
exit from the PIN feature.
