Depending on the machine and
equipment version, the following

Safety Precautions and
Working Techniques
Special safety precau -
tions must be taken when
working with the cut-off
machine, due to the very
high rotational speed of
the abrasive wheel.
It is important you read
and understand the
Instruction Manual before
first use and keep the
manual in a safe place for
future reference. Non-
observance of the safety
instructions may result in
serious or even fatal
injury.
Comply with national safety regulations,
e.g. issued by employers' liability
insurance associations, social security
institutions, occupational safety and
health authorities or other organizations.
For employers within the European
Union, Directive 2009/104/EC is binding
– Minimum safety and health
requirements for the use of work
equipment by workers at work.
Anyone using the power tool for the first
time: Let the retailer or another expert
explain to you how to handle it safely –
or attend a training course.
Minors are not allowed to use the power
tool, except adolescents above 16 years
of age receiving instruction under
supervision.
Keep children, animals and bystanders
at a safe distance.
