    Assembly 1 . Place the protective cover onto the stainless steel shaft . Screw the handle clockwise onto the stainless steel shaft to tighten . 2 . Insert the shaft into the hole of the protective cover . 3 . Screw the food holder to the bottom of the stainless steel shaft so that the teeth are pointed downward .
