When you receive a failed call alert, cancel the call attempt
and return to Standby mode by pressing
then try the call again later.
The Prepend option lets you add digits such as area codes,
long distance access codes (for example 1 or 011), and
network feature activation codes to a phone number that is in
your Phone Book or Call Logs. This is a useful feature when
you go out of town and want to call back home; just prepend
the number you want to call with your home area code and
press
. You can prepend a number with up to 10

additional digits.
To prepend existing phone numbers in the Phone Book or
Call Logs:
1. Access the phone number (either from your Phone Book
or your Call Logs).

the digit keys. For feature calls, press
the feature code.

In the event that you cannot place a call in digital mode, your
phone allows you to try placing the call in Analog mode. See
