Running a System Test

The System Test provides a way for you to test your receiver's
signal, tuning, phone connection, and access card.
1. Press MENU on your remote.
2. Highlight Options and press S , or press 8.
3. Highlight Installation and
press S , or press 5.
4. Highlight Run System Test
and press S , or press 4.
Question marks (??)
appear next to the item
being tested. When the
receiver passes a test,
Pass displays and the next
test starts.
When the Access Card
test is complete, the card
number displays if there
isn't an error.
5. If there is an error during a
test, Error displays next to
the test.
Follow the troubleshooting
tip that appears to locate
and correct the problem.
