Optional RAMs

There are two types of optional RAM: the 1 Mbyte model and the 1.5 Mbyte model,
but even if the 1.5 Mbyte model is mounted in addition to a 1 M mode, only 2 Mbytes
in total will be recognized.

Optional Serial I/O

The interrupt of serial I/O are input to the EXINT terminal of the ASIC, and are
recognized by the CPU. A 32-byte space for register is provided for this I/O,
which are read and written to by the CPU.
