Remove the five screws from the top cover as indicated. 2. Prop open the two tabs located at the rear of the cartridge as shown.
- Page 3 SAMSUNG SCX-4100 TONER CARTRIDGE REMANUFACTURING INSTRUCTIONS 3. Open the cartridge cover as shown. 4. Remove the extension handle. 5. Remove the two indicated screws from the gearless side. 6. The end cap should slide out easily. If not, use a small flathead screwdriver to help it along.
- Page 4 SAMSUNG SCX-4100 TONER CARTRIDGE REMANUFACTURING INSTRUCTIONS 7. Remove the PCR as shown. 8. Remove the two screws indicated to release the gearside end cap. 9. Remove the end cap. 10. Remove the drum as shown. Be careful not to bump or scratch against the doctor blade.
- Page 5 SAMSUNG SCX-4100 TONER CARTRIDGE REMANUFACTURING INSTRUCTIONS 11. PCR and OPC drum removed. REPLACING THE DOCTOR BLADE 12. Follow steps 12-14 and 22 for replacing and installing the doctor blade. You may skip these steps if you are not replacing the doctor blade.
