USING A BLUETOOTH
For more information about
your Bluetooth System, refer
to "Bluetooth Operation" in
Navigation Owner's Manual.

PAIRING A BLUETOOTH DEVICE

To pair the phone, use only
your phone's Bluetooth pairing
procedure.
1.
Select "Alpine Navigation
Receiver" from a Bluetooth
compatible device.
2.
The PIN code ("0000") is
displayed on the unit.
3.
Input the PIN code ("0000")
in a Bluetooth compatible
device.
4.
"Connected/ (Device
name)" is displayed upon
a successful connection
to a Bluetooth compatible
device. (Refer to "Setup
Before Using" in the
Navigation Owner's Manual
for more details.)

Incoming calls are announced
by a ring tone and the Caller

HANGING UP THE PHONE

DIALING A NUMBER

1.
Press and hold MUTE/
PHONE for at least 2
seconds. The Telephone
Menu screen is displayed.
2.
Touch [>>] and select Dial
Input.
3.
Touch [
] to display the
item of Dial Input.
4.
The numeric keypad
screen is displayed. To
dial, touch (input) the
telephone number, and
then touch [Call].
The call is placed/initiated.
About the numeric keypad
: closes the numeric keypad
input screen
Delete All: deletes all input
numbers.
: deletes a previous dialed
number.
NOTE: The Bluetooth hands-free
device is limited to display up to
1,000 phone numbers. The greater the
number of entries in your phone book,
the longer it takes to download.
