When you set the A/B switch to "B", you will need to tune your TV to the cable box's output channel, which is usually channel 3 or 4.
Check that the power cord has been connected to a wall socket.
Check that you have pressed the button on your set.
Check the picture contrast and brightness settings.
Check the volume.
Check the volume.
Check whether the MUTEM button has been pressed on the remote control.
