TROUBLE SHOOTING

Problem
Tool cannot be
switched on.
Tool can't
measure.
Error code shows
on display.
The following error signals may appear on the LCD screen on your
tool:

Target out of
range

Cause
1. The battery charge
is too low.
2. The power button
did not contact
well.
The target surface
reflects too intensely
(e.g. a mirror) or
insufficiently (e.g.
black fabric), or the
ambient light is too
bright.
Please refer to "Error
signals" below.
CAUSE
Out of range.
The measuring range
for this tool is from 1 to
100 feet.
Remedy
1. Charge the battery.
2. Try to press the
power button
more firmly or call
customer service.
Work with a laser target
plate (not included).
Please refer to "Error
signals" below.
SOLUTION
Take measurements
within the range (from
1 to 100 feet).
