Cause
Camera is not working properly.
The memory card has not been
formatted
There is any trouble with the W.B
mode
There is excessive exposure
The lens is smudged or dirty.
The video cable is not connected
to the camera or external monitor
The memory card is not recording
properly
Cable is not connected properly
Camera is off.
There is no battery or the adapter is
not connected.
OS is not Window 98/98SE/2000/ME or
PC is not equipped with a USB port.
USB driver didn't install.
The mode dial is not set to the PC
connection mode.
Steps
Remove the batteries and insert
them again.
Format the memory card and use it.

Set up the right one for each light
source.
Refer to W.B. on the page 49
Reset exposure compensation.
Refer to page 50 E.V.
You should clean the lens
connect the cable properly
Check the connections
Turn on the camera
Load the new battery or check the
adapter.
Install Windows 98/98SE/2000/ME to
PC fitting up with a USB port.
Install bundle USB driver
[USB Storage Driver]
Use the PC mode.
