Playing Music Files

You can play an individual track of music, or you can select music from a playlist, or play an entire Album.
From the Home screen, press

To browse for music to play, touch All tracks, Playlists, Artists, Albums, or Recently played.

Select a music file. The music player starts playing the music. During playback, use these controls:

Press to return to the beginning of the track. Press and hold to scan backward through
the track.
Press to pause playback.
Press to play the track.
Press to move to the next track. Press and hold to scan forward through the track.
While listening to a music file, touch one of the following for options:

• Playlist: allows you to select a playlist or displays the music library.
• Send via Bluetooth: allows you to send the audio via Bluetooth to a Bluetooth headset.
• More:
– Set as: saves the current music file as a Ringtone, an Individual ringtone, or an Alarm tone.
– Details: displays information about the current music file such as Name, Format, Size, Forwarding, Date created, and Location.
– Settings: allows you to set preferences for background playing, sound effects, and the music menu.
• Back: displays the previous menu.
Music Player Shortcut Keys
Shortcut keys allow you to control playback and change some settings using the keyboard, Navigation keys, and
Volume key during playback.
Press to return to the beginning of the track. Press and hold to scan backward through the track.
then touch Music player. The Music library screen displays.
