Health
Using this menu, you can check your body condition
(bio rhythm, weight/height ratio and pink schedule for
example). This menu can also be helpful when
monitoring your health by checking and counting how
many calories are consumed by various exercises or
everyday activities.
Bio Rhythm
You can check the physical, emotional or intellectual
rhythm of your body for the current date or a specific
date. To check the bio rhythm, you must first enter your
birthday via the Setup menu option.
The following options are available.
Today: shows your bio rhythm for the current date:
P = Physical
E = Emotional
I = Intellectual
Special day: shows your bio rhythm for the day of your
choice. Enter the required date and press the O K soft
key. You must enter the date in the day, month and year
format.
Setup: allows you to enter your birthday in the day,
month and year format.
Help: shows you the three bio rhythm cycles.

Fatness
Using this feature, you can check your weight in relation
to your height.
The following options are available.
Calculate: allows you to calculate your weight ratio in
terms of your height.
To calculate the ratio, proceed as follows.
1. Select your gender, Female or Male, using
and press the Select soft key.
2. Enter your weight in kilos using the numeric keys, and
press the O K soft key.
3. Enter your height in centimetres using the numeric
keys, and press the O K soft key.
The phone calculates your weight ratio in terms of
your height and displays the result.
4. Press the O K soft key.
The phone shows its evaluation of this ratio (thin, little
thin, normal, little fat or fat).
5. Press to return to the idle mode.
Help: explains the meaning of the result. Press
to move the bar to the cell corresponding to the
result.
