8. After you have attached the file and would like to send,
save, replace, view, or delete the attachment, press the
Options soft key. Choose from the following options:
•
Send: sends the Email.
•
Attached File List: allows you to view attached files.
•
Add Name Card: allows you to add a name card from the
Address Book.
•
Add V-Calendar: allows you to add events stored on your
calendar.
•
Delete All Attachments: deletes attachments.
•
Save to Drafts: saves the Email to the Drafts folder.
9. Send is highlighted, press the Select soft key or the
key to send the Email.
10. Enter the recipients number.
If you want to send your Email to multiple recipients,
press the Down Navigation key after entering an Email
Address and repeat this step as needed.
11. If you would like to change recipients or enter a contact
from the Address Book, press the Options soft key.
Choose from the following options:
•
Send: sends the Email to the specified recipient(s).
•
Address Book: allows you retrieve a contact from Names or
Groups.
•
Change Recipients: allows you to add a destination type, Cc
or Bcc.
•
Save to Drafts: saves the message to the Drafts folder.
•
Sending Options: allows you to customize sending options
for the message being sent.
