Log- The log appears empty
• You may have activated a filter, and no communication
events fitting that filter have been logged. To see all
events, select
Messaging - I cannot select a contact card when
creating a message
•If the contact card does not have a phone number or e-
mail address, you cannot select it. Add the missing
information to the contact card in
PC connectivity- Problems occur when connecting
the phone to a PC.
• Make sure that PC Suite is installed and running on
your PC. See the user's guide for PC Suite on the CD-
ROM. For further information on how to use PC Suite,
see the help function on PC Suite or visit
www.samsungmobile.com.
Application does not respond
• Open the application switching window by pressing
and holding

application. Open it again.
If the above guidelines do not help you to solve the
