You can send and answer calls only when your phone is turned on.
During a call, the phone is in conversation or talk mode. While you
are in this mode, pressing
to as 'InUse Options'. See "InUse Menu" on page 151.
The phone can be set to a silent mode with a press of a button. The
silent mode disables all sound on the phone. This feature is best used
in situations where the phone might disturb others, such as a
meeting, library, etc.

To enable silent mode, press and hold

A message is displayed on the screen that indicates the phone is in
Silent Mode.
