On the Home screen, press the LEFT SOFT key to enter the Start menu.
Highlight Calendar and press the CENTEr NAViGATiON key.

Press the riGHT SOFT key to enter the Menu.

Highlight New Appointment and press the CENTEr NAViGATiON key.
5.
Type the appointment information.
6.
Press the LEFT SOFT key to select Done.
Note: Use the number keys to enter the date and time. You do not need to use the FN key to
enter numbers in these fields. To change the calendar views, press the LEFT SOFT key.

Highlight Settings and press the CENTEr NAViGATiON key.

Highlight Sounds and press the CENTEr NAViGATiON key.

Highlight ring Tone and press the CENTEr NAViGATiON key,

Use the riGHT NAViGATiON key to find a ringtone.

Press the LEFT SOFT key to select Done.
