Saving Phone Numbers With Pauses
You can save phone numbers with pauses for use with
automated systems, such as voicemail or credit card
billing numbers.
Note Pauses and waits can not be used when dialing a
number, and only be used with a Contacts entry.
There are two types of pauses available on your device:

Follow steps 1-3 from "Saving a Phone Number"

desired position within the new phone number.

Press Menu (right softkey), highlight

Enter additional numbers.
