Time & Date
(Menu 9.3)
Use this menu to change the time and date
displayed on your phone. Before setting the
time and date, specify your time zone in the
World Time menu.
• Time: enter the current time. To select
AM or PM for 12-hour time format, press
[Right].
• Date: enter the current date.
• Time Format: select a time format.
• Date Format: select a date format.
• Auto Update: activate the auto time
update feature. Your phone will read the
MCC (Mobile Country Code) from the
network and automatically update the
current time for the country that you are
in when you travel abroad.
Time information may not be updated
when you move to one time zone to
another within a country.

Short Cut
(Menu 9.4.1)
You can use the Navigation keys as shortcut
keys to access specific menus directly from
Idle mode. Use this menu to assign a
shortcut to a key.
Assigning a shortcut menu
1. Select a key to be used as a shortcut
key.
2. Select a menu to be assigned to the key.
Using shortcut options
On the Short Cut screen, press <Options>
to access the following options:
• Assign: assign a shortcut menu.
• Change: change a shortcut menu
assignment.
• Remove: deactivate the shortcut
assignment to the selected key.
• Remove All: deactivate all shortcut
assignments.
