Groups
Assign contacts to Groups to make searching for contacts faster.
For more information about displaying contacts by group, see
"Choosing contacts to display" on page 27.
Creating a New Group
Create a new group when you add or edit a contact.
From the Home screen, touch

Contacts.
Touch a contact to display it, then touch

Touch the Groups field

Enter a name for the new group, then touch OK.

Tip: Contacts can belong to more than one group. Just touch
select groups.

Renaming or Deleting a Group
From the Home screen, touch

Contacts.
Touch , then touch a group to display it.

Touch Menu, then choose an option:

• Rename group: change the name of the group.
• Delete group: Erase the group (this only erases the group, not the
contacts).
Adding and Removing Group Members
Add or remove contact from groups when you create or edit the
contact. For more information, see "Creating Contacts" on
page 26.
