Menu functions
Accessing a calorie item
When you enter the Calories menu, the total calories
consumed for the selected day are displayed at the
bottom of the calendar.
Scroll to a day and press [
While viewing the calendar or the calorie list, press
<Options> to access the following options:
• View: view the calorie item details.
• Create: add a new calorie item.
• Delete: delete the selected calorie item or all
calorie items.

Use this menu to check the date of your next ovulation
and the period during which you are most likely to get
pregnant.
1. Enter the first day of your last menstrual period.
2. Enter the average length (in days) of your
menstrual cycle.
3. Press <OK>.
4. Press [Left] or [Right] to move the calendar.

Shopping list
(Menu 3.3.6)
Use this menu to make a shopping list by entering
information on items that you want or need to buy and
calculate the total expense.
1. Select a shopping bag.
2. Press <Add> to add an item to the bag.
3. Enter the item name.
4. Enter the item price.
Press [ ] to insert a decimal point.
5. Enter the number of the item.
6. Press <Save>.
7. To add more items, press <Options> and select
Add. Repeat from step 3.
From the item list on a shopping bag, press
<Options> to access the following options:
• View: display information on the item.
• Add: add a new item to the bag.
• Done/Undo: check off a purchased item or
remove the check mark.
• Remove: remove the selected item or all items
from the bag.
