3. WORKOUT SELECTING
In the main menu the default exercise program, MANUAL, will flash. You may scroll
through the program options using the [UP] or [DOWN] buttons. Press [ENTER] to
confirm your selection.
3.1. MANUAL MODE
You may press [START/STOP] to start exercise in MANUAL immediately without any setting.
Before exercising in Manual mode, you can set the Level, Time, Distance, Calories, and
Pulse target. Press [ENTER] to confirm your selections.
After setting up all the targets, press the [START/STOP] button to start the workout.
The level can be adjusted during exercise by pressing [UP] or [DOWN].
Press [STOP] to suspend the work out reading, and you can press [START] to continue
the workout. Furthermore, press [RESET] to back to main page.
