Problem of OS Operations

[?] Windows operation is unstable
 Have you installed Starter Pack?
→ If a network driver is installed after the OS is installed, Windows operation becomes unstable. Install
Starter Pack according to Installation Guide (Windows).
[?] Windows does not work normally after it is restored from the backup tool
 Have you installed Starter Pack?

Install Starter Pack according to Installation Guide (Windows).
[?] Unable to connect to a network
 Is the cable connected properly?
→
Securely connect the proper cable to the LAN port on the rear of the server. Additionally, make sure that
the cable conforms to the LAN interface standards.
 Are BIOS settings correct?
→ Check the BIOS settings with BIOS Setup Utility.
 Have you completed protocol and services settings?
→ Make sure that the network driver for the server has been installed and the network protocol (such as
TCP/IP) or services have been properly specified.
 Are transfer rate settings correct?
→
Make sure that the transfer rate and duplex mode are the same as those of the connecting hubs.
[?] RX dropped packets are created
 Was the packet created at starting Linux?
→
There is no operational problem. Check the system and network environment when there are RX
dropped packets during operation or when there is no communication.
