DISASSEMBLY PROCEDURE
• Make sure that the power cord is disconnected from the outlet.
• Pay special attention not to break or damage the parts.
• Make sure that there is no bent or stain on the connectors before inserting, and firmly insert the connectors.
• Be sure to reattach the wire clamps removed during the procedure to the original positions. (Attaching the wire clamps in wrong
positions may affect the performance.)
REFERENCE:
When removing each board, remove the connector if necessary. The operation is easier if you write down the connection points
(connector numbers) of the connector. For connection of each board, refer to the "WIRING DIAGRAM" of the Standard Circuit
Diagram.
3.1.1 REMOVING THE REAR COVER (Fig.3-1)
(1) Remove the 1 screw [A].
(2) Remove the POWER CORD COVER.
(3) Remove the POWER CORD.
(4) Remove the 2 screws [B], 6 screws [C], 7 screws [D] and
2 screws [E].
(5) Remove the REAR COVER.
3.1.2 REMOVING THE POWER PWB (Fig.3-1)
• Remove the REAR COVER.
• Remove the POWER CORD.
(1) Remove the 6 screws [F].
(2) Remove the POWER PWB.
3.1.3 REMOVING THE ANALOG PWB (Fig.3-1)
• Remove the REAR COVER.
(1) Remove the 3 screws [G].
(2) Remove the ANALOG PWB.
3.1.4 REMOVING THE CHOKE COIL (Fig.3-1)
• Remove the REAR COVER.
(1) Remove the 3 screws [H].
(2) Remove the ANALOG PWB.
3.1.5 REMOVING THE DIGITAL PWB (Fig.3-1)
• Remove the REAR COVER.
(1) Remove the 1 screw [I].
(2) Remove the TERMINAL COVER.
(3) Remove the 4 screws [J].
(4) Remove the DIGITAL PWB.
3.1.6 REMOVING THE SW PWB, CONTROL ASSY (Fig.3-1)
• Remove the REAR COVER.
(1) Remove the 2 screws [K].
(2) Remove the SW PWB.
(3) Remove the 2 screws [L].
(4) Remove the CONTROL ASSY.
3.1.7 REMOVING THE INVERTER PWB (Fig.3-1)
• Remove the REAR COVER.
(1) Remove the 6 screws [M].
(2) Remove the INVERTER PWB COVER.
(3) Remove the INVERTER PWB.
3.1.8 REMOVING THE SPEAKER (Fig.3-1)
• Remove the REAR COVER.
(1) Remove the 4 screws [N].
(2) Remove the SPEKAER.

3.1.9 REMOVING THE STAND (Fig.3-1)
(1) Remove the 4 screws [P].
(2) Remove the STAND.
3.1.10 REMOVING THE SPEAKER HOLDER (Fig.3-1)
• Remove the REAR COVER.
• Remove the SPEKAER.
• Remove the STAND.
(1) Remove the 3 screws [Q], 2 screws [R] and 3 screws [S].
(2) Remove the MAIN BASE.
(3) Remove the 2 screws [T].
(4) Remove the STAND BASE COVER.
(5) Remove the 3 screws [U], 4 screws [V] and 2 screws [W].
(6) Remove the BOTTOM FRAME.
(7) Remove the 3 screws [Q], 2 screws [R] and 3 screws [S].
(8) Remove the SPEKAER HOLDER.
3.1.11 REMOVING THE LED PWB (Fig.3-1)
• Remove the REAR COVER.
• Remove the STAND.
• Remove the MAIN BASE.
• Remove the BOTTOM FRAME.
(1) Remove the 2 screws [Y] and 2 hooks [a].
(2) Remove the LED PWB.
3.1.12 REMOVING THE LCD CONTROL PWB (Fig.3-1)
• Remove the REAR COVER.
• Remove the STAND.
• Remove the MAIN BASE.
• Remove the BOTTOM FRAME.
(1) Remove the 2 screws [Z].
(2) Remove the TOP FRAME.
(3) Remove the 4 screws [AA].
(4) Remove the LCD CONTROL PWB COVER.
(5) Remove the INVERTER PWB.
3.1.13 REMOVING THE LCD PANEL UNIT (Fig.3-1)
• Remove the REAR COVER.
• Remove the STAND.
• Remove the MAIN BASE.
• Remove the BOTTOM FRAME.
• Remove the TOP FRAME.
(1) Remove the LCD PANEL UNIT from the FRONT PANEL.
