DISASSEMBLY AND REASSEMBLY

How To Do
5. Lift the door straightly up to remove
while opening it more than 90°.
Be careful not to drop the
door.
CAUTION
6. With a Philips head screwdriver,
remove the screw ( ) attatched to
the lower left and right door hinges.
With a 3/16"(0.2) in Hex wrench,
remove the 2 flat head screws ( )
Remove the lower left and right door
hinges ( ).
7. With a Philips head screwdriver,
remove the screw( ).
After, With Flat Head Driver( ),
Lift up and remove the Auto Hinge
( )
8. If the Auto Closing Hinge is aligned
to be vertical as shown in the figure,
align it to be parallel by using the
Door Middle Hinge. (Refer to No.5
for the disassembly of the Door
Middle Hinge)
Do not use a flat head
screwdriver to align the
Auto close Hinge. It may
get damaged. Use the Door
CAUTION
middle Hinge instead.
