Installing Your ASUS 740DVD

Turn off the power to your computer and to your monitor. Unplug the power cord
from the computer.
Unplug the VGA monitor cable from your PC.
Remove the cover from your computer. (Refer to your PC user's manual for
specific instructions.)
Locate the VMI-B Connector (40-pin male) and VMI-A Connector (26-pin fe-
male) on the ASUS AGP-V2740 3D Multimedia Accelerator. If the AGP-V2740
has already been installed on the system board, refer to your user's manual to
locate these connectors.
Plug the corresponding connectors on the 740DVD into the AGP-V2740 and
push gently and firmly to secure the card for proper connection.

Make sure that the VGA card is properly seated and installed in the AGP connector.
Replace the cover of your PC and reconnect the power cord.
Reconnect all cables and replace the cover.
